• All property listings and market data displayed on the Site are sourced from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)and third-party brokers with explicit permission for public display.

• Cabo Coastal Advisory does not use IDX technology. Instead, the listings are linked directly to the specific MLS page where they are updated in real-time, and we ensure that any changes to property status or information are reflected within 24 hours.

• You may view property details, but Cabo Coastal Advisory is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content. We rely on the MLS and third-party brokers for accurate and up-to-date information.

 

3. Accessing MLS Content

• By accessing this website, you affirm that you have permission from the MLS or listing broker to view their listings.
