Zon Murray’s life is deeply rooted in Cabo San Lucas. Having moved to Cabo at the age of three, he grew up when the town was still a small fishing village—long before it evolved into the world-class luxury destination it is today. Raised within a close-knit community shaped by family values, local traditions, and respect for the natural environment, Zon developed an early understanding of the region that few can claim.
His appreciation for Baja deepened through years of exploration along the peninsula, traveling the Pacific and Sea of Cortez coastlines and discovering remote beaches and secluded enclaves. Growing up among the “Cabo Kids,” Zon surfed alongside local Mexican children while forming lasting friendships with American expatriates. This cross-cultural upbringing gave him a natural ability to connect with both the local community and the international families who would later make Cabo home.
At 22, Zon moved to London, where he spent over a decade working with global organizations including Berkshire Hathaway and British Gas. There, he refined his business acumen—learning to scale operations, analyze markets, and navigate complex environments—while also pursuing music production as a creative discipline. Referrals & Introductions

Once a referral is made, representation, fiduciary responsibility, and transaction execution rest solely with the receiving licensed agent or brokerage, and Cabo Coastal does not participate in negotiations, contract management, or transaction oversight.
